THIS place was a million times better. The staff is always kind. They truly make an effort to get to know the whole family on a personal level, greeting you by name. The building is always clean. I’ve never seen it dirty once. They provide fun activities for the residents throughout the day. The food was good. We were able to bring Pepper, my grandma’s dog. After every visit, we were able to walk away with peace of mind, knowing she was in good care. Certain staff members went above and beyond treating my grandmother with such care all the way up till the end. My family is forever grateful for your kindness (i apologize, I wish I knew her name..the black lady with the contagious smile and heartfelt laugh..had hip/leg surgery) she deserves special recognition especially.
